    Here is example for deck A:

    Add in / Modifier 1 / direct / value 1
    Add out / Beat phase / ModCon M1=1
    Add out / End warning time

    Everything mapped to toggle button.

    No modifiers 1 and 2 need to work separately for each deck.

    It didn't worked. I created two output for track end warning. First one M1=1 ch2.cc.42. Second one M2=1 ch2.cc.42.

    You mapped both deck's end warning to one button ch2.cc.42? you need to use two buttons - one for each side.

    No ch2.cc.42 is the track end warning output. M1 is mapped to ch3.cc.05 and M2 mapped to ch3.cc.30.

    Take modifier 1 and map it to ch2.cc.42 where your end warning deck A is set and take modifier 2 and map it to some other button for deck B.
