my ad-hoc connection is absolutely fine. if your missing a few things from your vci 100 then you could always get a cheapy old iPod Touch to cover the things your missing with a simple template with TouchOSC. However, if i had enough money to blow on an ipad 2 then i'd get a dvs. but thats just me. peace
