I was also thinking. If the controller manager doesn't get an update for this release, then, well, that would be frightening. Such a nice controller and then such a tool to make a new mapping with? Brrrrr.....

I just hope the price of the upgrade will not be too high, because i don't believe native will just hand over all these new software capabilities for free.

less pots/encoders i guess and the k2 has an ideal layout for levels/kills/eq for 4 deck mixing.

but wow this new NI controller looks cool too... i don't think it'll change my mind to buy a K2 but looks awesome for controlling sample decks. wonder how much one of these plus a K2 would set me back

K2 as my mixer and a couple of these might be all you need.
Throw in a an X1 and you might have a solid modular set up.

that would be pretty cool... maybe with a pair of dnsc2000's for jogs i do like the more modular approach. kind of wished i'd bought an X1 when they had that offer on - but maybe 2nd prices will drop if people want to cross-grade from an X1 to one of these...

depends on how much of an update the sample decks are. looks like it might be quite a major one? hope it's free ofc - but if not i'm definitely still upgrading.

Doesn't seem like enough to count as Traktor Pro 3 and paying for anything less than a full version number when TP2 is still pretty young seems like a massive rip off. I think that it will be free.

This controller just keeps looking better and better. I hope it inspires other companies to follow suit with midi editing and color coordination with LED's.

    SERIOUSLY DOPE
