Help with pitch after 1.3 update

Hi guys i finally got around to flashing the 1.3 fw after getting everthing i need but there seems to be a problem on the pitch as it no longer goes all the way -8 and only half to plus 8+, i reset the settings for pitch etc and still the same and i did a search and got nothing, can anyone advise please?

I am trying to find out how to boot up in to 1.2fw is it holding down loop??
I used tsi for traktor pro 1.2

Drama over just used the other tsi and it worked fine.
