LOL. I am also disappointed to here nothing from the A&E camp with regards to DJ gear. Sure we knew of the DB2 and K2, simply was hoping for more demo's and price points.

I was hoping the DX would be replaced personally, but alas, no.

Not sure how I feel about them. $350, looks like most changes were internal, wish they made em in black!
No coiled cable? UGH. thats my biggest gripe about my hd-25s now...

Xone: DB4 isn't enough for you?

There should be new DB4 firmware soon.

DX is discontinued, and here, a local shop is selling those XONE:4D for $1,049 CAN 'till stock last... that mean something.

The market is already full of "all-in-one" 2 & 4 deck controller. Probably they also go on the modular route. DB? + K2 & probably more to come... who knows.

I'm real surprised there wasn't a DX replacement announced.

If A&H want to get back into the all in one market they are really going to have to design some jog wheels that aren't worthless or just skip them altogether.

why on earth would i pay stupid A&H prices for a modular slider and knob box when i can buy 3 of the new Behringer units for the price of an A&H one. Its just midi FFS. Ma'fuckers be runnin scared IMO.

Care to share the name of your local retailer?

Modular route from A&H? Interesting. Being one of the first bring modular units to the market, I could seem them fine tuning and slim-lining them. K2 is a great start.

My wishful thinking was that a upgraded DX would arrive, but A&H don't strike me as a company that looks to the past often for inspiration.

Being that jog wheels don't seem to be their gig, I don't see it happening. Skipping them altogether however is an option.
