Why did you accept to play at this gig if you have no idea what to play ?
Allen&Heath Xone:22 - NI Kontrol X1 - Novation Launchpad - Akai LPD8 - Traktor Audio 2 DJ - Pioneer HDJ-1000/Klipsch S4i in-ear headphones - Traktor Pro 2 - Macbook Pro 13" 2011 (Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM)

well, my idea is to play a deep house set, nothing to hard or banging, nothing to flashy, a bit jazzy, slow, maybe even venturing into downtempo a bit.
it's just that i've never DJed in such a setting so i wanted to run it by people who have DJ-ed pre and post a concert.
Ask the guy who's paying you what they're paying you to play.

I think Deep House (especially the slower varieties) should work in that setting. I would look into some Henrik Schwarz tracks in particular

Check out the verve remixed series.
check out these guys
Bonobo

Jazzanova

Both are experimental jazz electronic groups that have conventional elements you speak of... Bonobo has a live dj that mixes inputs, jazzanova is just a couple of insane musician/producers. Hope this helped..
I think I have issues when my mind reads "Jizz at Gag bar". le sigh.
