So I have my VMS4, Macbook with VDJ 7 Pro, Stanton Str8-60 turntables, and Serato Scratch live control vinyl and I'm not receiving a timecode signal! All my connections are correct, all my settings are correct, and I'm doing everything I should so I have no idea why it's not working. I get into timecode configure and when I start my turntable, I don't get a circle or a signal showing up in the software. I'm getting the ringing noise but not any signal in VDJ from either of my decks. I've tried looking for answers, changing settings, and everything I could think of but nothing has helped. I was questioning if I got the wrong control vinyl but I'm pretty sure I got the right one, a pic of that is below. A fast response would be really appreciated! Also there is something about selecting the noise map feature because I'm using Serato but there wasn't anywhere to select that in config.
