Well, this has been an exciting morning and basically our own personal episode of 24 (if only I had Jack Bower to raid the PayPal offices). We apologize for the inconvenience but due to the traffic our servers went down and then PayPal put a hold on our account due to the high volume in purchases. WE had to stop the purchasing process early Friday morning but the webstore will be back up and all problems solved on monday.
If you already purchased a vci-100 Today (Friday)
Your purchase has gone through and you have one of the 100 units. Please disregard the reports earlier that called for a possible refund and then re-charge on Monday. We sent out emails to all confirmed purchases to verify receipt but some people may not have received them due to spam filters. If you received an email confirmation of your purchase from Pay-Pal then you are on the list.
If you did not get a chance to buy one before the store was closed:
The Web store will be back up on Monday morning at 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time (New York). There are still about 50 units left so those that slept in will get another shot at it :-)
Hey Ean, sorry to hear this, my only concern is if I was able to purchase the VCI-100 this morning by credit card (which I was) and have comformation of my purchase. Then for some reason I am not able to purchase one on Monday morning because of the limited quanity? ANy advice would be grateful, Mark
Thats a valid concern. I will keep a list of those that we refund and hold on to a few extra units just in case some one from that list is unable to re-purchase.
hey ean , you said that people that purchased with a credit card has to re purchase monday? , what about in my case i bought mine at 1:00 am on thursday? lol the second i saw you posted the store i payed for it , do i still have to re-purchase monday or am i safe?
I paid with Paypal at 9am. Bit confused, to I have to re-order and send payment again on Monday? Can I still use paypal - i don’t have a credit card! I’m excited about getting this and dont wanna lose out after thinking the order was confirmed…
Btw thats 9am in the uk, I think thats about 5am in NYC - might be wrong?

Hello Ean, we live in Paris and we did’nt even get a chance to purchase one as the store went down before the announced opening hour. So after reading everything, we are very concerned and worried there wont be any availabe to pre-order on Monday. Any tips to make sure this does not happen ? We have waited so long and we would be so sad ! Apart from that you guitar performance really kicks ass !!!

yes, sorry again guys for this pain in the ass but everyone that has already paid will get one for sure. Only people that used credit cards will have to run those cards again this weekend VIA a private link.
For everyone else, they just have to wait a few more days because of PayPal’s screw up. Then we can all get back to business here at dj TT and start tearing apart some new dj gear.

This morning i set up a paypal account, assigned a visa debit card, and made transaction with said card. This hopefully is in line with the above statement, and I don’t need to do anything?
hmmm i paid with my debit bank card will it stay the same or do I have to re order cuz its kinda confusing when u say credit card… cuz some people call it a credit card but its a debit card… haha.. so hopefully my order when trough… cuz it would suck if i miss out.. i think i was like the 4 or 5 to buy one.. stayed up till like 1 or 2 in morning pacific california time just to buy one…. damn.. this sucks..
