It's about 14 1/4" wide (just wide enough to fit the VCI), 13" high, and about 17" deep. As for exact measurements, I didn't use any to construct so I really can't help u there (esp with all the internal measurments between the fittings). I just sawed with a hack to fit and copied the adjacent pieces. Hope that helps.
